Please note: All items are custom printed specifically for your order, and cannot be returned for reasons such as size or style preference. However, we will accept returns and provide replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, design, or product), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
  • Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
  • Defective Item: If your item has a manufacturing defect (misprint, stitching issue, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Items that are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that are returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, improper use, or laundering.
  • Items that are customized or personalized beyond the standard options offered on our website.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us through email at support@trophyclub.vip within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue with your item (incorrect, damaged, defective) and photo(s).
  2. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the condition, we will process your replacement or refund within 30 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days for your bank to process the refund after it is issued.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, damaged item).
